  • The phone number, location mentioned (Yonge & Eglinton), the phone number and the mention of the hospital all place the story in Toronto, Canada.
  • The phone number is not connected.
  • No Kimberly Clarkson is employed by the Toronto Department of Public Health.
  • No 'Crime Unit' exists within the Toronto Department of Public Health.
  • While the Women's College Hospital does exist, no Dr. Elliot is employed at the hospital.
  • Cyanide is not odorless.
