"The Green Ones." I have, however, located the Lexus-Lexis case: Mead Data Central v. Toyota, 875 F.2d 1026 (2d Cir. 1989).

Any proceeds (net proceeds from merchandise sales) from TAFKAC solely benefit The Chuck Reed Fund.
