Debunked: Only on the spring equinox can you stand an egg on its end.

Or maybe it is the summer solstice? Does it matter? In any case, if you're bored, you can do it on the other days of the year, too. It's tedious, but it can be done. I'm surprised no one has tried to associate egg balancing with the phases of the moon yet....
