Debunked: Women/people shouldn't sit on cold cement or metal 'cause it might hurt their plumbing or cause piles.

Haemorrhoids are swollen blood vessels in the anal/rectal area. These blood vessel can itch, hurt and bleed. Aggravating factors include constipation, straining, aging, and pregnancy, but not sitting on cold surfaces.
