Klingerman Virus


This UL appeared in April 2000 as an email warning and has resurfaced from time to time since then.

There is no truth to it. No record of a "Klingerman foundation" exists. The Centers for Disease Control and the US Postal Service deny that any such deadly envelopes have been circulated. There are no news reports of mysterious deaths linked to receipt of envelopes or packages.

Debunked: Envelopes from the "Klingerman Foundation" are mailed to people in the US seemingly at random. Envelopes contain a deadly virus.
