There are loads of Ozzy ULs:

F. Ozzy has a crap on stage, challenges audience to do worse, guy eats it. F. Ozzy throws puppies into audience, refuses to play until they're all dead. F. Ozzy drinks bodily fluids of audience/crew. F. Ozzy has sex with goat/cat/rabbit/gerbil. F. Ozzy is a satanist.
Tb.Ozzy bit head off a bat.

The last one happened at <mumble> where someone threw a bat onto the stage. The bat was either concussed or dead and he bit into it thinking it was rubber. He admitted he was pretty loaded and it just seemed like a laugh at the time. When he realised it was real, he went off stage, threw up and paid a trip to hospital to have a tetanus.

Ozzy has repeated this story on at least one TV interview I've seen and it's reported in at least one other biography. Sorry, no references but I can find them if anyone really wants them.

He categorically denies all the other stories and notes that the stories (apart from the bat) get told about other heavy metal acts and not just him.
