Well this is a form of caption:

I was watching a football game televised from Vancouver a few years back (I was sitting in the Lee Hotel in lovely downtown Smiths Falls, Ontario). The cameras focused on a couple of celebrants dancing in the aisles. The female saw that she was being televised across the country and mimed that she was going to lift up her shirt to the camera. The cameraman didn't flinch (and neither did the editor). After a couple of feigns, she did expose her breasts (no bra).

While the boys in the Lee Hotel erupted in heartfelt applause, the on-air commentators (understandably) fell silent. Until one of them said: "Well it's a rare thing when BC fans show such a lack of support..."
