Don't you find it faintly suspicious that a big poet guy would have a name like "Wordsworth"? It's like a programmer being called something like A.P.L. Byteswap or something.
Anyway, I found the official AFU poem of a year ago. Look how timely it still is!
Song of the Microwaves
What can I say about ol a.f.u
Read by the many
Understood by the few
Like an elephant dancing
On eggs and debris
Many cracked yolks
Shit up to your knees
Factions and Fictions
In litigious humors
Researching the facts
Impugning the rumors
Dogs choking on fingers
Hitchhikers that vanish
Beers from Bavaria
Seatcovers, Spanish
"In the butt Bob"
From the old Dating Game
William "Tiberious"
Kirk's middle name
Lunkheads and eggheads
Meet in delight
To argue the trivia
Far into the night
Tis the stuff of rare legends
Pedantic and true
Oh what can be said
About ol a.f.u
This was written in June 1993 by David Davis, a copper at
a univeristy in Oregon. What a guy!
