At the plush Elders O' Zion, this city's newest and largest theme oriented hotel-casino, the shouts of excited bettors and the sound of cash disappearing into dropboxes are music to the ears of Casino Operations Manager Bill VanHorne. "The Jews really love it, bless their black hearts," he said. "Some people told me that we'd take a bath. But as usual my IMPORTANT inside INFORMATION proved correct."

VanHorne was referring to a new game he introduced when "The Big 'Z'" opened last week. He went on, "Craps was a dying game and the hold was way down.
